By using Review OS you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Use of the service
You must use the service in compliance with applicable laws. You are responsible for the content you display (e.g. reviews) and for keeping your account secure. You may not misuse the service, attempt to access other users’ data, or use it for illegal purposes.
Data Sources
Review data displayed through Review OS is sourced from the Google Places API and is subject to Google's Terms of Service. Review OS is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.
Subscription and payment
Paid plans are billed via Stripe. All payments are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time and retain access until the end of your current billing period. We offer a 7-day free trial so you can evaluate the service before being charged. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction that cannot be excluded by agreement, including under the Australian Consumer Law.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms. You may stop using the service and cancel your subscription at any time.
